Mintz Levin Represents QIAGEN N.V. in Public Offering

Boston, MA - Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. represented QIAGEN N.V., the leading provider of sample and assay technologies, in the company's global offering of common stock, which raised more than $640 million in gross proceeds. 

Serving as U.S. counsel to Netherlands-based QIAGEN N.V., Mintz Levin attorneys involved in the transaction included: Jonathan Kravetz, Chair of the firm's Securities Practice, Sahir Surmeli, a member in the firm's Corporate and Life Science Practices, Daniel Follansbee, a member in the Corporate Practice as well as Corporate Practice associates Ann Margaret Eames and Kevin Fay.
