New York, NY – Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced that it represented Navios Maritime Partners L.P., a master limited partnership traded on the New York Stock Exchange, in the completion of its public offering, via shelf take down, of 6,325,000 common units, raising gross proceeds of approximately $111 million.
Navios Maritime Partners L.P. is an international owner and operator of dry cargo vessels formed by Navios Maritime Holdings Inc., a vertically integrated seaborne shipping and logistics company.
The joint book-running managers for this offering were Citi, J.P. Morgan and BOFA Merrill Lynch.
