We’ve also provided information on leadership changes on the various committees and subcommittees with jurisdiction over these issues. In some cases, the Chairs and Ranking Members have not yet been identified, particularly in the Senate which has not yet passed its organizing resolution.
Again, this document represents a snapshot of where we are likely to see legislative and regulatory activities based on what we know today, but as political dynamics and priorities evolve we could see some of these issues change as the new congress gets underway.
