A team of Mintz Levin Real Estate, Environmental and Securities Law attorneys and paraprofessionals closed on December 21, 2003, a significant sale leaseback transaction for CVS Corporation. The firm represented CVS in the sale and leaseback of numerous pharmacy properties to affiliates of the Staubach Company for an aggregate pruchase price of approximately $310 million. The deal included 102 pharmacy properties located in 22 states. The purchase was financed through a 144A securities offering underwritten by Credit Suisse First Boston and Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC.
The team included attorneys Andy Urban, Joel Bloom, Susan Phillips, Mark Chamberlin, and Susan Carlson, and paraprofessionals Susan Drennan, Jane Luther, Susan Rosa and Juliet Burley-Mason.
