Mintz Levin Represents EnerNoc Inc. in $97 Million IPO

Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. represented Boston electricity software developer EnerNoc Inc. in its initial public offering priced at $97 million.  In their Nasdaq debut on Friday, May 18, shares of EnerNoc rose $5.13, or 19.73% to close at $31.13 per share.  The company trades under the symbol ENOC.
 
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Morgan Stanley, Canaccord Adams Inc. and Jefferies & Co. were underwriters.
