David M. Alin Joins Firm as Of Counsel
New York, NY - Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced that David M. Alin has joined the firm's New York office as Of Counsel in the Real Estate Section.
Mr. Alin has extensive experience in handling a broad range of real estate transactions, representing owners, investors and developers in acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, office buildings, residential buildings and mixed use projects. He also has significant experience with commercial leasing, having been responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating office and retail leases for major metropolitan landlords, as well as in handling corporate real estate related transactions.
Before joining Mintz Levin, he was at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York. Prior to that, Mr. Alin was a partner at Rosenthal & Schanfield, PC in Chicago.

Mr. Alin earned a B.A. from Duke University and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
