Outbound Visas and Work Permits
Our immigration group also assists U.S. companies with the transfer of their U.S.-based employees to countries abroad. Our services in this area include the preparation and filing of appropriate visa applications and supporting documents with foreign consulates in the United States and, where necessary, preparation and filing of work permit applications with foreign government agencies. We also have an extensive network of outside counsel with whom we work in connection with outbound visa applications. We have secured work permits for over 25 foreign countries.
